Just a quick news item. . . . Nine new moons around saturn have recently been announced by the Minor Planet Centre. The moons were not discovered by the Cassini probe, they are too far away from Saturn to be seen by the probes instruments. They were in fact discovered by ground based observations using the Subaru Telescope (8.2 m).
